Jennifer K. Bramley

Jennifer Bramley, a partner at Vision Strategies, has spent more than 14 years working in the communications field for both public and private entities. Jenn works with a variety of clients including corporate and non-for-profits including Women’s Development Corporation, the Kent House, The Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Hispanic Policy and Advocacy among others. Since 2001, she has worked with AllianceBernstein’s 529 college savings plan, coordinating marketing and public relations for one of the world’s leading investment firms. The plan, known as CollegeBoundfund, has grown from $4 million to more than $200 million in six years in Rhode Island and has become America’s second largest 529 plan with $9 billion in assets.

Jennifer served as press secretary, communications director and speechwriter for a Member of the United States Congress and the Rhode Island general treasurer and worked as an assistant deputy press secretary for the Governor of Rhode Island. Jennifer also coordinated media  strategy and community relations in Rhode Island for the first-ever ESPN Extreme Games -- a world-wide televised event with more than 300 athletes competing. Additionally, she has served as spokesperson and media strategist for a number of local, state and federal campaigns. Jennifer graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, Syracuse University.

William J. Fischer

William Fischer, a partner at Vision Strategies, brings more than 15 years of experience in government affairs, media relations and event coordination to the company. A specialist in crisis communications and government affairs, Bill has worked with clients such as the Community College of Rhode Island, IDC, Inc. and the Rhode Island Higher Education Assistance Authority. He presently serves as chief media strategist for The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company, working closely with their legal team, CEO and board of directors on issues affecting the overall well-being of the company.

Bill has worked for Rhode Island office holders on both the federal and state levels. As chief-of-staff to the Rhode Island attorney general, Bill served as a chief strategist, spokesperson, state house lobbyist and liaison to business, labor and community leaders. Bill worked for a member of Rhode Island’s congressional delegation and later coordinated media strategy and served as spokesperson and speechwriter for the Rhode Island Senate. Bill has been both a staff member and advisor to a number of successful state-wide, federal and local campaigns in Rhode Island. Bill also worked as a logistical coordinator for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
